Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Intensia mobile application. By using the app, you agree to them. Please read the responsibility section carefully — Intensia is an analytical aid, not an oracle.

1. General provisions

1.1. The Intensia application (the "App") uses AI to analyse text messages and help you interpret the intent, emotion, and social context of communications.

1.2. The App is operated by Maciej Wierzbowski BADINO (the "Operator", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

1.3. Using the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Your account

2.1. Creating an account requires OAuth authentication (Google or Apple Sign-In).

2.2. One person — one account.

2.3. You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete account). On deletion:

3. Subscription plans

3.1. Free — 5 analyses per day, basic AI models.

3.2. Pro Monthly / Pro Annual — 300 analyses per month, premium models, no ads, priority in the queue.

3.3. Credit packs (consumable) — one-off top-ups of 20 / 100 / 500 analyses, valid with no expiry.

3.4. Current prices are shown in the App (paywall). The Operator reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

3.5. Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play (depending on your platform). Invoices and refunds are managed through the store, not directly by the Operator.

4. Using the service

4.1. The App is intended for people aged 13 and over.

4.2. The App does not write replies for you — it analyses the content that you provide yourself.

4.3. The App does not detect lies. No AI conclusion should be treated as indisputable truth. It is an analytical tool, not an oracle.

4.5. The Operator reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate §4.4.

5. Liability

5.1. The App is provided "as is". AI can hallucinate — we recommend treating any single result with healthy scepticism.

5.2. The Operator is not liable for life decisions made on the basis of analysis results.

5.3. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. The App's code, the "Intensia" brand, logo, and icons are the property of the Operator.

6.2. The content of your messages remains yours. The Operator does not use your messages to train AI models.

7. Changes to these terms

We will notify you in the app of any significant change. Continued use means you accept the updated version.

8. Disputes & governing law

8.1. Governing law: the law of Poland.

8.2. Jurisdiction: the court competent for the Operator's registered seat.

8.3. Consumers may use the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
